Travel to Japan

A: 최근에 몇몇 나라들을 여행했어.(방문했어)

A: I've visited/traveled to/been to several countries lately.

B: 오! 어떤 나라들 갔어?

B: Oh, yeah! What countries have you been to?/What countries have you visited?/What countries have you traveled to?

A: 대만, 미국 그리고 일본 갔다 왔어.

A: I've been to Taiwan, the USA and Japan.

B: 와! 굉장하다! 어떤 나라가 제일 좋았어?

B: Wow! That's awesome! Which country was the best for you?

A: 개인적으론, 일본이 가장 좋았어. 왜냐면 11일동안 훗카이도 동북부 지역을 쭉 돌았는데 쉽지 않은 여행이거든.

A: Personally, Japan was the best because I traveled around the northeastern part of Hokkaido for 11 days, which was not an easy trip.

B: 거기서 뭐 봤어?

B: What did you see there?

A: 바다 옆으로 드라이브 하면서 정말 멋진 풍경을 봤어. 그리고 넓은 들판과 그 사이로 쭉 뻗은 도로가 정말 끝내줬어.

A: I saw the beautiful scenery while driving by the sea. And there was a wide plain/field and a road stretching straight through the middle of it, which was really cool.

B: 나도 그 풍경 보고 싶다! 일본에서 먹었던 것 중엔 뭐가 맛있었어?

B: I hope to see that scenery too! What was delicious among the things you ate in Japan?

A: 난 카이센동이랑 일본라멘이 그렇게 맛있는지 몰랐거든. 그런데 이번에 알게됐어.

A: I've never known/didn't know that Kaisendon and Japanese ramen were delicious, but this time I found out/got to know.  /I recently learned about the taste of Japanese ramen and kaisendon.

B: 우와! 듣기만 해도 맛있을 것 같다. 여행하면서 힘들었던 것은 없었어?

B: Wow! that sounds delicious! Didn't you have any difficulties while traveling?

A: 부모님이랑 의견이 맞지 않을 때나, 매번 식사할 곳을 검색하면서 이동해야 할 때 힘들었어. 왜냐면 일본 시골의 식당들은 엄청 일찍 문을 닫거나 브레이크 타임이 길어.

A: It was difficult when I disagreed with my parents, or when we have to move while searching for a place to eat every time.  Because restaurants in rural regions/areas of Japan close early or have long break times.

B: 마지막으로, 일본 여행에서 가장 기억에 남는 것은 뭐야?

B: Finally, what was the most memorable thing about your trip to Japan?

A: 매번 일본 여행 갈 때마다 느끼지만, 일본은 정말 깨끗하고 조용한 것 같아. 그리고 사람들이 매너가 참 좋아. 내가 시골 지역에 있을 때 더 그렇게 느꼈던 것 같고 그 한적함이 참 좋았어.

A: Whenever I travel to Japan, I feel that Japan is so clean and calm, and the people have very good manners. I felt that way more when I was in rural areas and I really liked that quietness.

B: 네 이야기 들으니까 지금 당장 일본 가고 싶다!

B: Oh, I want to go to Japan right now, listening to you.
